The Buying Process
Once we have you set up a personalized search, then the hunt begins! When a property is identified that matches your criteria, a viewing will be scheduled on your behalf and a video will be taken of the property as if you were there. We’ll point out any pros, cons, and any material items that may come up on an inspection report. This helps eliminate wasting time and money going through inspections for items we can notice that other agents may not. We have lenders, inspectors, and contractors that we can recommend to you as well. From the start of the contract, all the way through the management of the property, we have you covered.
